04 · Common questions

Things publishers usually ask before the first call.

Is this really free?
Yes. The revenue audit is a 30-minute working session, and you get a written action plan regardless of whether you work with us. We’d rather earn the business by being useful than by locking you in.
What if I’m not a publisher?
If you’re on the demand side, a data partner, or a platform — start with “Partnership.” If you’re researching or have an honest ad-tech question, “General question” is a real inbox we actually read. Careers → same flow, pick the careers topic.
Do you work with publishers under 5M MUVs?
The math is different at smaller scale, so we’re honest about fit on the first call. Sometimes the right answer is “here are three moves you can make without us.” When there’s clear leverage, we engage.
How fast can you actually spin something up?
For most publishers, a Yield Cortex pilot is live within 2–3 weeks of the audit, with measurable signal in the first reporting cycle. Data Cortex timelines depend on identity and consent posture but follow the same cadence.
